My oh my! How time just races by, it seems like only
yesterday that I was blogging away but it is now a few of weeks since I was
here.
Although it may be a few of weeks since I have been here I
haven’t been idle, that I can assure you of. As well as running the successful exhibition
at The Mill arts centre in Banbury during September I have been making clocks, experimenting with
new ideas, one of which I touched on briefly last time I was here. That was
namely the 12” vinyl clocks. I was rummaging through some old albums at a
second hand shop and picked up some albums that I thought might make great
clocks and again something else to experiment with, needless to say I can now
say that these were a success although I feel one (The Osmonds) will need a
little more thought for me to be completely happy with it.
Other clocks that I have been working on include a lovely
melamine plate clock with a cat sitting on a roof. That one will be on the
website soon. I have also made a blue version of the pink balloon clock. (again
on the website soon).
I also have been in touch with other new outlets for to give
me a presence on the High Street on the run in to Christmas
Watch out on the Clocks that Rock Folksy shop too as I will
be putting more stock on there too ready for Christmas.
Oh yes and keep a watch on the High Street too. Clocks that Rock maybe in a shop near you.
